When I was a kid, my friend Sarah and I were obsessed with Don Bluth’s animated scifi film, Titan A.E. Akima was my first encounter with a gun-wielding, badass space pilot, and she obviously left an impression ;)
We watched the film again recently, and we were like…what IS this dialogue?? But I don’t care. I still love the movie. And I love the books even more (especially the prequels. Qu’ut Minor, anyone?).
